When to arrive
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for your scalp consultation. For group bookings, allow an extra 5 minutes for each additional guest: 15 minutes early for 2 guests, 20 minutes for 3, and 25 minutes for 4. Please ensure everyone in your group arrives at this time.
For an individual appointment, allow at least 70 minutes for the 60-minute Premium Head Spa or 100 minutes for the 90-minute Premium Head Spa, including your pre-treatment scalp consultation. Please allow additional time afterwards if you wish to dry and style your hair. For group bookings, follow the arrival times listed above.
Hairstyles and scalp access
Our therapists are trained to work with hair extensions. However, for the best access to your scalp, we recommend waiting around one month after having your extensions refitted or retaped, particularly with weft and tape extensions.
This allows time for your hair to grow, so the extensions sit further away from the scalp, giving our therapists more room to work comfortably and thoroughly. Hair typically grows around 1 to 1.5 cm per month, although this varies from person to person.
For the best experience, we recommend booking your head spa between extension refitting or retaping appointments, rather than immediately after your extensions have been fitted.

Colour and chemical services
If you have colour, keratin or another chemical hair service planned, check the dates before booking your head spa. We recommend waiting at least a week after a chemical hair service before your head spa, and at least a week after your head spa before your next chemical service.

Drying your hair afterwards
A professional blow dry is not included. We towel dry your hair after treatment, and a hairdryer and brush are available for you to use before leaving.
If your hair takes a while to dry, allow for this when you book an appointment before work, dinner or other plans.
